By creating an account or using PlugMoose ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlugMoose.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PlugMoose is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X accounts. PlugMoose acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

PlugMoose was previously known as FameBolt.com. All existing accounts, transaction histories, and agreements from FameBolt.com are carried over and remain valid on PlugMoose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

All transactions on PlugMoose are processed through our escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the following:

• Buyers must fund the escrow before the seller is required to deliver credentials
• Sellers must deliver the agreed account credentials within 48 hours of escrow funding
• Buyers have a review period to verify the account matches the listing description
• Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt
• PlugMoose charges a platform fee on all completed transactions

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. By creating a listing, you warrant that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the account being listed
• All account statistics (followers, engagement, revenue) are accurate and not artificially inflated
• The account does not violate any third-party platform's terms of service in a way that would prevent transfer
• The account is free from any encumbrances, disputes, or legal issues
• You have not listed the same account on any other marketplace simultaneously

PlugMoose reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these requirements without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PlugMoose:

• Fraud, scamming, or any deceptive practices
• Listing accounts with fake or purchased followers/engagement
• Attempting to conduct transactions outside the PlugMoose platform
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating the rating system
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities
• Selling accounts that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Circumventing platform fees or escrow requirements

PlugMoose charges fees for certain services. By using our platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Fees page. Key points:

• Platform fees are deducted from the seller's proceeds upon transaction completion
• Deposit fees may apply depending on the payment method used
• Withdrawal fees vary by method and are displayed before confirmation
• VIP Seller membership fees are non-refundable once activated
• All fees are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, PlugMoose will mediate in good faith. Our dispute resolution process:

• Either party may open a dispute within the review period
• PlugMoose will review evidence from both parties within 48 hours
• Our decision is final and binding on both parties
• Refunds are issued to the buyer's PlugMoose wallet, not the original payment method
• Fraudulent dispute claims may result in account suspension

PlugMoose is not liable for losses arising from transactions conducted outside our escrow system.

Your use of PlugMoose is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described therein. By using PlugMoose, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugMoose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any transactions between users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party platform policy changes affecting transferred accounts
• Technical failures, downtime, or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to PlugMoose in the 12 months preceding the claim.

PlugMoose reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform immediately ceases
• Any pending transactions will be resolved per our dispute policy
• Available wallet balance may be withdrawn subject to verification
• PlugMoose may retain your data as required by law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any legal action.
