When you buy an account on Plugmoose, your payment goes into escrow first. The seller is paid only after you confirm the account has been transferred to you.

Escrow means a neutral party holds the money while the account changes hands. Here is what happens from the first offer to the payout.
The buyer sends an offer or uses Buy Now, and the seller accepts. Both sides see the price and the escrow fee before any money moves.
Buyer and sellerThe buyer pays the agreed price plus the escrow fee into escrow. The seller is told the funds are secured, but is not paid yet.
BuyerThe seller delivers the login details and ownership through the escrow chat on the deal page, where Plugmoose staff can see what was shared.
SellerThe buyer checks access and confirms. Only then are the funds released to the seller. If something is wrong, the buyer can open a dispute instead.
BuyerEscrow is built so neither side has to trust the other with money or with the account.
The escrow fee is shown on the deal before you fund it, so there are no surprises at checkout.
