Once the buyer deposits funds, the seller has 48 hours to provide login credentials. The buyer then has time to verify the account. Once confirmed, funds are released instantly. The whole process typically takes 1-3 days.

If the seller fails to provide credentials within the agreed timeframe, you can open a dispute. Our team will investigate and issue a full refund to your wallet if the seller is at fault. You are never left without recourse.
